First time with colleagues for a happy hour and was really impressed. Casual place, great service and good food. Plenty beer and cocktail options and finger food. We ordered a lot of appetizers and everything was really good. Even though the restaurant was crowded, the service was on point. Our server was very sweet and really took care of us. Drinks were available at a happy hour price but not food since It was a concert day. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and If it hadn’t been this hot we’d prefer to sit outside. Overall a very good experience and would recommend checking the place out.
Reservoir is a high-energy bar and a best bar in dallas for your late night outing, and when you want to chill out with your friends and love one.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Reservoir in Las Colinas, TX, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere.
The ambiance of the restaurant is simply stunning. The modern yet cozy decor creates a perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. The dim lighting and comfortable seating make it an ideal place for a romantic dinner or a gathering with friends.
Now let's talk about the food. The menu at The Reservoir is a true culinary delight. With a wide range of options, there is something to satisfy every palate. From the perfectly cooked steaks to the fresh seafood dishes, each plate is a work of art. The attention to detail in the presentation is truly impressive.
I had the pleasure of trying their signature dish, the Reservoir Filet, and it was absolutely divine. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, and the accompanying sides were equally delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and each bite was a delight to the taste buds.
The service at The Reservoir is top-notch. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels well taken care of. From recommending the perfect wine pairing to accommodating dietary restrictions, they truly excel in providing exceptional service.
To top it all off, the dessert menu at The Reservoir is a dream come true for any sweet tooth. The decadent chocolate lava cake and the creamy crème brûlée were the perfect ending to an already fantastic meal.
Overall, my experience at The Reservoir was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of exquisite food, beautiful ambiance, and outstanding service makes it a must-visit restaurant in Las Colinas, TX. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner or a memorable night out with friends, The Reservoir is the perfect choice. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delectable dishes.
Service was amazing tonight! As soon as we sat down we were waited on! The woman server was sweet, she swapped out closer to the end of the night and made sure to put the correct college football game on for us! The gentleman she swapped out with after her shift was extremely sweet!! He applied a military discount, and told us his story about his injuries. He was extremely sweet! The food was really great! Great atmosphere also!
I have been here multiple times and its a chill bar/restaurant. Nothing crazy in terms of the food or the drinks, but out of all the bar/restaurants at the Toyota Music Factory complex it's the one that feels the least corporate. Staff is friendly and they play decent music in the background. Good happy hour too.
* Bonus on the weekends apparently they have dj's and the place turns into something of a bar/nightclub
First time trying this place with my family thinking I would enjoy the food. As far as the presentation of the food it was nice very well plated. The taste of the food didn't not match how it looked nor did it match how the waitress explained to us. The Captain Jack Sparrow chicken biscuit (Cap'n crunch breaded chicken tenders, scrambled eggs w/ syrup on the biscuit), my wife had 2waffles, bacon, scrambled eggs, & some sauce there was absolutely no flavor. The service could of been better we were greeted but took forever to place our order. For it to be slightly busy there seemed to be only 2 servers. Wife went to the restroom & said it reeked & smelled like a urinal.
Date night for my wife and I. We saw this restaurant on TV 📺 and decided to try it out. It was a little different from what we are use to, but we really enjoyed it. Our server Marshall was excellent. The food was delicious. The music selections were very good. The acoustics could probably be a little better, but it is a lot better than some other restaurants that we have eaten at. We will definitely come back to enjoy some other choices.
Stopped here while in town and I can't complain about anything. The place was clean, the bartenders were nice and the food was good! I got the pulled pork sandwich with fries and recommend it if you like pork. Beers were cold and fair priced too!
